Personal Nutrition is a healthy eating plan, which uses simple common sense nutrition science. Using it will lead to: GREAT health, MORE energy and NATURAL lifelong weight control.

Our nutrition and diet has a huge impact on our health, our energy, how we feel, our moods and of course, our weight.. So, what is a healthy diet? Well, there is no single 'healthy diet'. Everybody is different. A diet that is healthy for one person will not work for another, and will make the next person sick!
What I teach is NOT a crash weight loss plan! It provides a nutritional programme that builds life-long health. Your personal 18 page plan is designed to give your unique cells exactly the right combination of natural nutrients that will allow you to be healthy and energetic.

When you eat a personal diet, which meets your body's needs, you will experience, great health, energy and effortless weight control for life. When we eat foods that are not ideal for our body, or a mix of nutrients that is not optimal, our body will tell us. If we don't get it quite right, we get signs, such as cravings (normally for something sweet), hunger, tiredness, energy slumps, or we can't seem to shift excess weight.

The courses simple design is very much based on common sense - we were all born with it, but somehow we get it knocked out of us. You will get alot of ahh hahh moments! I know I did! Once you have been through the course you will be consciously aware of how your body communicates with you - you will feel re-connected which is just wonderful to understand what your body needs!
